Merchandise and tickets are gifts of appreciation to individuals who support our ministry with their tax deductible donations. Because all donations to By The Book Ministries are tax deductible to the benefit of the donor they are non-refundable. However lost tickets and/or defective merchandise will be replaced at no charge to the donor. Your suport of our ministry is genuinely appreciated.
